We are unable to ship to post office boxes.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email to confirm when your order has been shipped.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

*Delivery timings based on order being placed before 1.30 pm IST Monday – Friday.

During seasonal events and sale periods, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than normal due to high volumes of orders.

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS/BANK HOLIDAYS?

Our couriers do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. Any orders that are placed over these periods, will be dispatched the next working day.

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Our preferred courier is Quiqup and offer tracked shipping throughout the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with your tracking information which is provided by Quiqu

Please note, we cannot be held reliable if an item goes missing after being successfully delivered.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE OR TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.

All prices quoted include the standard UAE rate of VAT at 5%.
